About Beth Nielsen:
Professional rider, trainer and owner of Cleveland based "North Coast Farms"-25 years, Beth Nielsen trained and rode many National, Zone and Ohio PHA Champions, and qualified and competed at "indoors" and Devon regularly. She is a trained winner of Medal and Maclay Finals, Lauren Bass and took Junior riders to the East Coast Equitation Finals most years in business. She has a strong background in Dressage.
Beth has been a USEF "R" judge for 35 years, maintaining licenses in Hunters, Jumpers, Hunt Seat Equitation and Hunter Breeding. She judges about 10+ "A" rated shows annually, including www/unrated shows, as well as NCAA, IHSA and IEA competitions. She attained her B.S. in Equestrian Studies from Lake Erie College in Ohio and has returned as a full time faculty professor in Equestrian Studies in 2002, as well as coaching their IHSA team.
Beth now resides in Longmont and serves on USEF Zones 5, 10 and recently on Zone 8 Committee. She is a judge-panelist for JudgeMyRide.com. She is a lifelong student and teacher of Riding and the Horse.
