Bill Hughes

Bill Hughes has been actively involved in the equine industry for more than 35 years. He is the owner of Will Mar Arabians; a training and breeding facility located in Chino Hills, CA and is past Director of the W.K Kellogg Arabian Horse Center and the Equine Science Program and Professor Emeritus at California State Polytechnic University.

Bill has owned and operated Will Mar Arabians for the last 30 years; building it into a significant breeding, training, and management program. A dedicated horseman, Bill has shown in Western, English and Halter at Class "A" Regional and National shows and is also a USEF judge "R" judge for Andalusian/Lusitano, Arabians, Friesians, Morgans and Western. He serves as Treasurer on the Board of the USEF and is a Past President of the Arabian Horse Association. Over the years, Bill has helped numerous clients with equine appraisals, management consulting, and litigation services.
