Jeff Sloan

Jeff is the founder and CEO of Horseshow.com. Jeff is a dedicated Arabian horse enthusiast, and longtime breeder.

Jeff was only seven years old when he first experienced horses at a riding camp in northern Michigan. That summer, he was responsible to care for and ride his own horse and since that time, Jeff has been a committed and passionate horse enthusiast. In 1982, he took a keen interest in Arabian horses after watching the enduring movie classic, The Black Stallion. In continuing his enthusiasm for Arabians, he co-founded the Arabian Horse Breeders Alliance in 2006 where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board.

And while Jeff is a dedicated Arabian horse enthusiast, his interest in horses and disciplines of all breeds runs deep and broad. He owned an Andalusian in San Miguel, Mexico, where he would travel monthly to ride. He's also owned and sold several Warmbloods, and today, along with his 20 or so Arabians, owns a pony for his kids as well.

Jeff is a visionary entrepreneur with deep expertise in creating and developing early stage companies.  He is a principal at Aria Ventures, LLC; a venture capital company and he co-founded StartupNation, a multi-media company that provides education and inspiration to business enthusiasts.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Michigan and currently resides in Birmingham, MI with his lovely family; wife, Andrea and their three children; Lyric, Dylan, and Tyler.
