2. Payment and Cancellation

A. By subscribing to the Services and registering your payment details, you authorize HorseShow.com to charge the monthly recurring subscription fee to your credit card. Payment for the Services is in advance, billed on a monthly cycle starting on the day you subscribe to the Services.

B. Prices are liable to change at any time at HorseShow.com's discretion, however HorseShow.com will afford you the opportunity to cancel your subscription.

C. HorseShow.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Where HorseShow.com cancels the subscription Services due to no fault of yours and the Services do not resume, HorseShow.com will provide a refund of any subscription fees which relate to any period of time after the cancellation.

D. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of the subscription Services, if you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the period for which you paid a subscription fee, you will not receive a refund for the remaining period.

E. In consideration for the use of the service, you, the Subscriber, agree to pay HorseShow.com fees at the applicable rate then in effect as indicated on accompanying parts of our web site. These fees are shown to you prior to your acceptance of the authorization and charge. The fees charged by HorseShow.com may include handling and service charges and fees for using the HorseShow.com Subscription Service.

3. Trial Subscription

HorseShow.com occasionally offers promotional trial subscriptions to its Services at special discounted prices. Subscribers who sign up for such trial subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the applicable subscription rate at the end of the trial period, unless the Subscriber cancels before the end of the trial.

4. Limitation of Liability

THE PROVISIONS OF THE TERMS SHALL APPLY TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, SAVE THAT WHERE HORSESHOW.COM IS AT FAULT AND MATERIALLY FAILS IN PROVIDING THE SERVICES IN RESPECT OF WHICH YOU PAID YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND, AS A RESULT OF SUCH FAILURE, YOU SUFFER LOSSES THAT WERE FORESEEABLE AT THE TIME OF ENTERING INTO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OR PARTIAL REFUND OF THAT PART OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION THAT WAS AFFECTED. IN ANY EVENT, HORSESHOW.COM SHALL BE ENTITLED TO THE MAXIMUM DISCLAIMERS AND/OR LIMITATIONS AVAILABLE AT LAW OR IN EQUITY AND IN NO EVENT SHALL DAMAGES OR LIABILITY INCURRED BY HORSESHOW.COM EXCEED THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU.

9. Transactions with HorseShow.com

Any order you place for a subscription constitutes a contractual offer. All orders are subject to acceptance by HorseShow.com, which acceptance will be confirmed by HorseShow.com registering you as a subscriber to the Services.
