This competition is open to the top 25-30 junior riders based upon high point standings. Points are accumulated throughout the 12-month qualifying period at USEF recognized and WIHS affiliated shows throughout the United States and Canada. The class is conducted in three phases, each being judged under the Open Numerical Scoring system by judges seated in separate locations around the arena. The three scores are averaged together to produce a final score for each rider for each phase. First is the Hunter Phase over a hunter type course. Next is the Jumper Phase over a jumper type course. Finally, the top ten riders from the first two phases exchange horses for the Final Work-Off over the Jumper Phase course. Our DVD's from this class are a multiple set made up of all three phases.
